First, I must apologise for missing David Gee’s score in last weeks results. What a mistake! After criticising the general poor quality of the two squads, I now find that David put in a great score which would have placed him almost 5 points better than his nearest rival on the Handicap results.
A belated congratulations Dave on a great improvement that was easily the best Handicap result last week. This week’s scratch Gold medal result was a form book cert with Geoff Pomroy again taking top spot by a comfortable 10 targets. Len, back after resting in Cornwall, was runner up a whole 10 targets behinnd. Bronze place on the scratch list was Simon Honeybourne, just a single target behind Len. Top spot on the Handicap scoreboard went to Suzie Small, who beat her average by almost two and a half points. Well done Sue. Simon was just a fraction behind with Dave Gee putting in another positive score taking Handicap Bronze place. A very satisfying set of results this week.
