The numbers returned last week indicate that a lot of profanity prevailed last wednesday. The top score was shared between Steve Honner and Suzie Small. Both hit 66% of their targets, with Suzie taking the scratch-winning spot when handicap achievements were added. A brilliant result Suzie.
Steve’s similar score took the runner-up spot with Tony Gray taking third place just 2 targets behind. Suzie’s score was the only one to achieve a better than her average (+3.75%) and easily gave her the Handicap top spot to add to her scratch victory.
Tony Gray’s score was over 7 points behind Suzie’s and 4 points behind his own average score, but it was enough to give Tony the Handicap runner-up spot. Aziz Al Redha took the Handicap bronze place a further 3 points behind Tony. Jonathan Skelding’s wayward .410 did not cover itself in glory last week, but given that a veritable load of 12 bores did badly too, it would be unfair to pick it out for selective criticism, though (apart from Suzie’s), everyone’s school report for last week reads ‘must do better’.
