Some very mixed targets last week. Many familiar looking clays deceived us all leading to a well below average set of results from SW.
The morning squad did a trip to Ian Coley’s where some surprisingly good scores were returned. (thanks to Dave Gee) I have included their scores as I feel Coley’s targets are usually more testing than ours at SW.
Len was top scratch scorer with 73 broken clays. Simon Honeybourne was runner up just two targets behind, Roy Kitchen took third place on Handicap difference from Steve Honner’s similar 66. The bogey stand at South Worcester was the low driven tower on stand 3 with Len hiiting just one (ex 10) and Steve Honner putting in a 5 as the best score. This target usually does not normaly trouble all of our squad. Handicap top spot went to Roy Kitchen who shot nearly 12 points better than his average. Mark Reacord took the Handicap silver medal spot just over a point and a half behind Roy leaving Simon to take the Bronze placed slot.
I will not be shooting for the next couple of weeks at least but keep the scores coming in.
