A great day for shooting.A nice sunny day even if a bit chilly. Wind was no problem and targets were all hittable.

Top scratch shooter was Geoff Pomroy. with a super 81. He certainly is taking some beating these days. After a recount, Steve Honner found an extra hit and took the runner up position. He seems to have sorted out his gun fit problem but his 75 was still 6 hits behind Geoff. Len also scored 75 but the addition of our handicap scores left him in third place. A few excellent Handicap scores were returned. Top of the squads was Drew Beaumont who had a stunted but stunning morning, (he had to leave early). He still recorded a great score from the 56 targets he shot. His percentage score was over 13 points better than his average. Just a fraction behind was the mighty 28g of John Griffiths. He too beat his average by over 13 points. a great bit of shooting. Handicap third place went to Geoff Pomroy’s winning scratch score. A most enjoyable day out all round.
