Another cold one but the promised rain never arrived.

The course was a little less tricky this week with all but two Dodgers beating their average scores. A couple of best scores were also recorded. Top scratch gun was Jonathan Skelding with 76 targets dusted. That was his third Gold medal score out of the four visits since his ski-ing break. It also maintained a 100% success record when using his in-form 12b semi-auto.

Runner up, with 74 hits, (his best score this year) was Len Sandford, who was very pleased with the accuracy of his tighter choked auto this week. The Bronze medal position was won by Roy Kitchen with a great 69. This was his best score ever according to my records and a clear 15 points better than his average. Amazing shooting and a great improvement Roy, keep it up. That score predictably placed Roy well clear on the Handicap scoreboard. He beat Len, the runner-up, by over eight targets. Jonathan took third place a futher three and a half points behind Len.

A super shoot and I’m beginning to sense some great competition building up.
