Couldn’t make it myself so can’t comment on the conditions.

Scores suggest there were some difficult targets presented. Jonathan Skelding obviously bought a special musket with him as his excellent 80 kills easily won the scratch Gold spot. Steve Honner was runner up 4 targets behind with an improving Simon Honeybourne taking the Bronze medal position with 69 targets destroyed. Jonathan’s scratch score also gave him the Handicap topspot. (I suspect the gun he used may be polished up and used again next week). Roy Kitchen took the runner up position just under 4 points behind. Well done Roy. Simon took the Handicap third place just a fraction of a point behind Roy.

God willing, I’ll be back amongst you next week, hopefully getting another decent score from my old Berettta auto. See you soon.
