A Wednesday morning shoot for me today. Streaming rain and morning traffic queues resulted in me collecting my co-driver, (Trev) exactly half an hour late.

Peeing down on the way to the shoot with surface water everywhere and a flipped car, upside down on the crash barrier near Droitwich. Rain abated for the morning shoot but no such luck during the afternoon.

Top scratch guns were Geoff Pomroy with a super 81 broken clays, and Jonathan Skelding just 4 targets behind, both soaked afternoon shooters. Len took third place with a score of 75. Top Handicapper was Simon Honeybourne who beat his average by over 6 points. Jonathan Skelding was runner up with a score almost 4.5 better than his average. Geoff took third pace, beating his average by a quarter of a point. Weather aside, a good day’s sport today.
